Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Individual Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to individuals in an outpatient setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and track progress throughout treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Conditional Licenses accepted) in the state of Maine.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
