Job Description:
We are seeking an Electro-mechanical Maintenance Technician specializing in electrical with a strength in mechanical as well, to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of a desire to learn, electrical and mechanical aptitude, a strong desire to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and an interest in working on modern, relatively new, state-of-the-art rug manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Assist with machine repair, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Participate in fabrication and facility improvement projects.
Requirements:
• Some practical electrical experience or formal schooling related to electrical systems.
• Interest in mechanical systems and a passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to quality and safety.
• Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
Benefits:
• Competitive salary range: $30+ per hour, commensurate with skills and experience.
• Work 7.5 hours and be paid for 8 with a paid meal break.
