Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of metal fabrication? CellBlock is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Laborers in our bustling metal shop. No prior experience necessary – just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled metalworkers in various tasks such as cutting, bending, and assembling metal parts.
- Operate basic machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the metal fabrication industry.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance.
- Health and safety measures in place to ensure a secure working environment.
Compensation:
- Starting pay between $17 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
