- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience in merchandising and stocking is beneficial for maintaining store presentation standards.
