Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the facility
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality care standards
- Mentor and develop department leaders and staff
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community
- Drive initiatives for operational excellence, financial stability, and employee engagement
Qualifications
- Current NHA license in New Hampshire (required)
- Proven leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and community involvemen
