Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical and administrative supervision and direct care within the Crisis Receiving Center. This role will conduct crisis assessment, crisis planning, follow up clinical interventions, administrative and clinical supervision of the program and staff. Participates in the team process to ensure clinical integrity of treatment plan development and implementation. Provides direct services and adjusts interventions to be individualized while maintaining program integrity. Responsible for providing crisis intervention and support services to individuals and families in high-stress environments. Ensures quality care, ethical standards, and effective collaboration across diverse settings. Must also obtain the MHRT/CSP certificate. Employees who have not completed the MHRT/CSP certificate must successfully obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
