We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join a manufacturing team in Brunswick, ME on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC machinery, maintaining quality standards, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Desired skills:
-Previous CNC operating experience required
-Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
-Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift consistently
Job Responsibilities:
-Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
-Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance standards
-Make minor offsets and adjustments as needed
-Communicate issues with supervisors or maintenance as needed
Payrate: $22- $25/hr
