We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Manufacturing/Shop Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a small shop team.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with product assembly and packaging
• Operate basic power tools (chop saw, band saw, power drill)
• Loading, unloading and moving heavy materials
• General shop tasks and daily support
• Light cleaning and organization
• Property maintenance (lawn care, snow removal)
• Occasional outdoor work
Requirements:
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day, including loading, moving and handling heavy materials up to 100lbs
• Comfortable in a manufacturing/shop environment
• Entry-level candidates welcome
• Power tool experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
