Head Chef
Location: Lenora
Pay: $65,000–$75,000 annually
Job Summary
Lenora is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, staff supervision, food production, and line execution. This is a hands-on, working chef role focused on leadership, consistency, and efficiency.
Schedule
· Swing shifts
· Tuesday–Saturday
· 45–50 hours per week
Responsibilities
· Manage daily kitchen operations, Kitchen Manager and BOH staff
· Execute food preparation
· Execute line cooking
· Supervise kitchen team members
· Manage prep systems, inventory, and ordering
· Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
· Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
· Support training, scheduling, and daily workflow
· Report to Executive Chef/Owner and General Manager
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
· Strong line cook and prep experience
· Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and BOH operations
· Ability to lead by example in a high-volume kitchen
