We are looking for someone who can paint apartments and do some light maintenance and light outdoor cleaning at our 16 story high rise apartment building. 40 hours a week Monday-Friday 7-3. Company paid full benefits. Painting is the bulk of the job but we would like someone who can start each day with a 30 minute check of outside trash and problem spots. Light plumbing and light electrical (changing light fixtures) as well.
