Small Good produces high-end artisanal dry cured meats in a newly built, state-of-the-art facility. We are committed to quality, craftsmanship, and maintaining the highest food safety standards. We are seeking two reliable and motivated individuals to join our team and staff our new packaging line. This is an entry level position with all training provided. We are a fast growing company and opportunity to learn the craft of smoking and curing meats is possible for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Careful handling of finished products
- Preparation of packaging materials and workstations
- Packaging and labeling of products to company standards
- Accurate order fulfillment
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of work areas
- Supporting general production and sanitation tasks as required
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong awareness of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working around machinery and meat products
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
