Looking for a part-time person to help with the business side of things — accounting, organizing company docs, cap table, founder agreements, and generally helping us get structured properly.
Good fit for a student or early-career person interested in startups, finance, or operations. You don’t need to know everything, but you should be organized, detail-oriented, and willing to figure things out.
Some familiarity with accounting, QuickBooks, or startup/legal docs is helpful but not required.
Hourly pay + potential equity (vesting) for the right person.
Based in Maine (ideally near Steuben, some flexibility).
