Skills:
- Must be well organized
- Must be able to multi-task throughout the shift
- Must possess good communication skills including written, verbal and radio communications
- Must understand the phonetic alphabet and aviation acronyms
- Must maintain good working relationships with fellow teammates
- Must have customer service and/or line service experience
- Must have the ability to learn and understand safety procedures, including the possible hazards on the airfield
- Must have the ability to learn/use various computer software and Point of Sale systems
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must have the ability to make operational decisions when necessary
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have open work availability as hours may vary; weekends included.
- Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass an airport security background check.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.
- Minimum of two years in a customer service representative or line service technician position preferred.

Reports to: General Manager
Supervisory Responsibility: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
FLSA Status: This position is nonexempt.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions including extreme heat and cold; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions and vibration; chemicals including aviation fuels, oils, and lavatory fluid. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Travel: This position requires no travel.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping actions. May be required to work nights and weekends. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
