Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors - Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the job site - Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders - Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members Experience: - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction management processes and techniques - Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drawings - Familiarity with construction software such as Primavera or Prolog is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and supervise teams - Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
