What You’ll Do:
- Operate excavators on active construction sites
- Perform earthwork, grading, trenching, and utility installation
- Work closely with crew members to keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain equipment and follow safe operating practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating excavators
- Ability to read grade and follow site plans
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player with a “get it done” attitude
- CDL is a plus, but not required
