FIELD ENGINEER-QUALITY CONTROL-Helical Drilling, a New England based design build Geotechnical Engineering firm is looking to fill this role. The Field Engineer-QC would ensure that the project’s specifications are followed and that Helical Drilling’s work has been installed according to the design.
You will work with the field supervisor, office, the general contractor, and the project geotechnical engineer. The individual is responsible for recording accurate field and production information on a daily basis along with recognizing unknown anomalies that can affect the original design parameters. When changes or anomalies do occur, they also need to collaborate with the above mention entities on solutions and/or repairs. A successful QC Tech will ensure a project has been built correctly.
REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST HAVE: Reliable Vehicle and Valid Drivers License
• 1-5 years of experience as a Field Engineer or QC or laborer with experience in a fast paced construction company-Preferred
• OSHA 10 Preferred
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Must be able to work assigned hours with crew with some overnights
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
*Must be able to speak, read and write English and be a US Citizen
