Warren Construction Group is looking for an experienced roofer to join our tight-knit crew based out of our Topsham office location. This is a year round position for a company that has been building in Maine for over 25 years. We work on both residential and smaller commercial projects - NO asphalt shingles. If you take pride in clean workmanship, safe job sites, and doing the job right the first time, you’ll fit in here.
Responsibilities
Tear-off, prep, and install roofing systems (standing seam, EPDM, copper, tile and slate) Both residential and commercial projects.
Flashing, ventilation, underlayment, and weatherproofing details.
Gutters and downspouts.
Keep sites clean, safe, and professional.
Skills
Roofing experience with standing seam, EPDM, copper and tile / slate
Able to work as a team.
Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and handle Maine weather.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as must.
