Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. This role focuses on high-quality interior finish work and requires strong attention to detail, precision, and pride in craftsmanship.
The ideal candidate has experience in residential finish carpentry and can work independently while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:
Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, and interior finishes
Hang and adjust doors, windows, and hardware
Install cabinetry and built-ins
Complete detailed finish work to a high standard
Read and interpret plans and layouts
Ensure all work meets quality expectations and timelines
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:
Proven experience in finish carpentry
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
Experience with hand tools and finish carpentry equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license required
