Join our team in caring for two premier vacation rentals - one in Harrison, ME and one in Naples, ME.
We’re seeking a dependable, detail-focused individual to join us as a part-time Vacation Rental Inspector.
In this role, you’ll conduct thorough inspections of each property, carefully reviewing all interior and exterior areas to ensure everything meets our high standards. You’ll fix minor cleaning issues, coordinate with our maintenance team, and complete light preventative maintenance to keep homes in top condition and ready for guests.
As a key on-the-ground team member, you’ll also manage supply restocking, assist with preparing homes for arrivals, and maintain clear, consistent communication with our operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you’ll focus on detailed inspections, maintenance reporting, and property readiness.
- Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure homes meet TopHost quality standards before guest check-in.
- Document and report maintenance issues, damages, and inventory needs, coordinating with the Operations Manager and vendors for resolution.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, staging furniture, and tidying outdoor areas.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of approved household items, ensuring each property is fully stocked.
- Prepare welcome gifts and oversee property readiness for incoming guests.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked supply rooms, ensuring efficiency for daily operations.
- Assist with launching new properties, ensuring they meet brand standards before going live.
- Work with contractors to get cost estimates for repairs or improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Personal, reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, and proof of vehicle insurance
- Availability to work outside of regular business hours for emergency guest assistance, especially in the summer months
- Comfortable using mobile apps and basic property management software
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
