In addition to acting as a kitchen lead in Pearson's Cafe this position also acts as the events Sous Chef at our beautiful Stone Barn at Sebago Lake during the events season, located right here on campus. Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
Five years kitchen operations experience or applicable culinary experience in a similar volume, quality food service establishment
Two years of management experience
Events and catering experience preferred
ServSafe certified or equivalent safe food handler certified - must provide valid certification within 120 days of hire and must maintain certification
CPR certified, or ability to become certified - must provide valid certification within 120 days of hire and must maintain certification
