Position Summary
We’re seeking a dependable, hands-on Logistics Coordinator to supervise shipping, warehouse, and parts operations and to support sales and production teams. This role ensures that parts are staged and shipped correctly, that inventory and documentation are accurate, and that daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments; ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation.
· Review work on Sales Orders and job folders to pick, stage, and prepare parts for upcoming jobs.
· Receive, inspect, process, and store incoming shipments; check in and restock returned parts.
· Maintain organized parts inventory and warehouse workspace
· Maintain shipping records and prepare export, shipping, and customs documentation.
· Compile, verify, and report operational and statistical information to management.
· Support outside sales with quoting, order entry, customer follow-up, account/pricing maintenance, and order coordination.
· Use Microsoft Excel to track orders, inventory, and performance metrics.
· Prepare and load the delivery truck, coordinating with the driver and customers for scheduled deliveries
· 3+ years’ experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics; supervisory experience preferred.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
· Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient with Quickbooks system and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Basic understanding of accounting/financial concepts preferred.
· Willingness to learn traffic signal components and parts.
· High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
· Forklift operation, truck driving.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
· Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
· Ability to use a computer for order and inventory tracking.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
