Overview
Landcrafters is looking for a part-time clerk to support our shop mechanics. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Enter and update data to track repairs and maintenance of all equipment.
- Ordering parts and tracking orders.
- Receiving all packages, delivering goods to appropriate parties and invoices to the office for payment.
- Facilitate all returns.
- Inventory and parts management.
- Working with vendors.
- Working with mechanics in shop organization.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of Google Workspace helpful.
- Detail oriented.
- Highly dependable and motivated.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Be able to safely lift up to 30 lbs.
- Be a team player.
- Interested and motivated to learn and grow in your role.
- Mechanical knowledge a plus, but not necessary.
We offer a flexible part-time 3-day work week between Monday and Friday.
Pay: $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Landcrafters is an established full service landscaping company. We specialize in timeless stonework, organic plant care and native/sustainable landscape design and installation. We have 35+ people, all of whom spend the entire year with us.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
