This job offer is for a “customer service” position that will assist with the duties of our highly efficient Service Advisors in our automotive repair shop. This position will involve direct customer contact and requires someone who is personable and understanding. The duties involve communicating with people in person, by telephone and electronically. So various skill sets are needed for each method. Beyond dealing with customers the applicant also will be documenting data used in the vehicle repair process. This is done by computer and handheld devices. The position will include working directly with very knowledgeable professionals, so it has very close support and “on the job” learning for confidence in doing the job well. Our team is talented and dedicated. The position covers a wide variety of tasks so there is never a dull moment. You will be a part of the whole process start to finish. We are a busy shop in business for over 40 yrs. So the job has long term job security and growth potential to become a full-Service Advisor in time.
