This is a great position for a semi retired home improvement contractor. It will start has a part-time position, but could grow into a full time. Ideally the candidate should have extensive experience in home renovations, specifically in windows, doors, and bathroom renovations. Must be able to manage installers, timelines, and material list for jobs. Proficiency in measuring windows and doors for replacement is a must. And have an understanding of different window types and styles. Have the ability to clearly communicate with clients, vendors, and team members. Strong problem solving skills with potential issues in the renovation process. This position will have an hourly pay plus a monthly bonus based on jobs completed. A company vehicle will be provided.
