Position Summary: Responsible for daily gutter installion operions of a field office including successful completion of full onsite customer installions as well as gutter fabricion and delivery to customer locion for third-party installion contractors. Operion of both a company vehicle and gutter machine in varying field conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installions customer locion(s)
Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve locion tainment and effectiveness
Work with teams of LeafFilter employees and/or Subcontractors to complete gutter fabricion and/or installions of gutters and gutter protection products
Provide quality installion services by following established installion training processes
Communice with local office leadership daily and as needed on job progress, service issues, completion stus, etc.
Provide excellent customer service experience while on job site
Maintain organized job documents for both the customer and office administrive purposes
Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualificions:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combinion of educion, training, and experience.
3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installion.
- Must hold an active and valid driver’s license and be able to opere a box truck safely.
- Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.
Demonstre superior quality and tention to detail in all facets of the installion process
Ability to teach others through hands-on and documention-based learning methods
Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their tention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball”.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.
Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend informion presented and respond thoughtfully.
Detail-oriented and can focus on the task hand, no mter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective phway to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communicion skills are required for communicing with internal and external parties in a manner th is both articule and professional.
Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evalue arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
Ability to provide timely and emphetic help through in-person, phone, email, and social media avenues th keeps the co-worker or customer’s needs the forefront of every interaction.
