What You’ll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll support one or more of our healthcare providers and help keep their day running on track. You’ll help manage patient appointments, respond to messages, and make sure charts and records are ready for clinic visits. You'll also follow up after procedures and help schedule next steps for care.
Your daily work may include:
- Keeping your provider’s schedule full and efficient
- Handling no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Sending post-procedure instructions and updates
- Entering follow-up appointments (recalls)
- Managing provider orders and tasks
- Preparing charts before clinic visits
- Assisting with patient check-out
- Checking voicemails and responding to emails
- Following up on any assigned tasks from your provider
You’ll be a reliable, professional, and caring part of the team—making sure nothing falls through the cracks!
What You Bring
- An associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a medical or office setting (preferred)
- Strong computer and communication skills
- A positive, helpful attitude
- The ability to manage time and tasks independently

Compensation
- Minimum: $25.00/hour
- Maximum: $28.83/hour
- Pay is determined by your education, training, and experience
