Seeking a reliable, motivated and energetic individual to join our team at an affordable housing apartment complex in Bangor to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be available to participate in the on-call schedule.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- repairs to appliances and fixtures
- basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- paint building interiors
- miscellaneous carpentry repairs
- change locks
- grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
