The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently multitask, provide excellent customer service, and handle day-to-day office operations with professionalism and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks
•Answering phones, emails, and assisting customers professionally
•Creating Purchase orders, entering bills, and ensuring our vendors are paid in a timely manner with QuickBooks Online
•Invoicing our customers, receiving bill payments and staying up to date with Accounts Receivable in QuickBooks Online
•Maintaining digital files and shared drives
•Coordinating Customer appointments with our Technicians and maintaining the company calendar
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Excellent customer service and communication abilities
•Strong Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
•Comfortable with computers and Google Workspace
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
