About Us
Ridge Maine Residential Treatment Center is a premier program located on a scenic 400-acre campus with a unique equestrian setting. We provide specialized care for adolescents and young adults (ages 12–20) facing mental health and co-occurring challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, and PTSD.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
- Participate in clinical meetings and family reunification efforts
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic, and structured environment

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current Maine state licensure required (full licensure preferred)
- Experience working with adolescents in a residential or treatment setting strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of direct service experience with youth or similar populations preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
