ACE Painting is the largest commercial painting contractor in Northern New England, managing projects across Maine and Northern New Hampshire. We are looking for a Project Manager for our Mid-Coast Maine division.
This is a hands-on, field-driven Project Manager role. You’ll manage schedule, budget, quality, safety, and people in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial painting projects from start to finish
- Be present on jobsites to solve problems and keep work moving
- Schedule crews and subcontractors
- Maintain strong relationships with GCs, owners, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget
- Enforce PPE and OSHA requirements

This position is for Project Managers who deliver results, lead decisively, and set the standard on the jobsite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- Have you been responsible for enforcing OSHA standards and PPE compliance on a jobsite?
