- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phones, respond to emails/texts, and manage patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Ensure smooth patient flow between front and clinical team
Treatment Coordination
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors
- handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and medical histories
- Educate patients on the importance and benefits of recommended care
- Address questions and overcome objections to increase case acceptance
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain tracking systems
- Charting and Treatment discussions for Comprehensive exams
- Review fees, insurance estimates, and patient portions
- Explain financial policies and payment options
- Assist patients with third-party financing options when applicable
Scheduling & Production Management
- Schedule treatment to meet daily and monthly production goals
- Coordinate multi-appointment and complex treatment plans
- Optimize provider schedules to reduce gaps and increase efficiency
- Manage cancellations and fill open time effectively
Insurance & Administrative Duties
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Submit and track pre-authorizations when needed
- Accurately enter and update patient information and treatment plans
- Maintain proper documentation of financial agreements and communications
Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with doctor, hygienists, and assistants
- Participate in daily huddles and team meetings
- Support office goals related to production, collections, and patient retention
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
