Role Description

- Proven ability in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to foster long-term partnerships and maintain loyalty.
- Analytical Skills for assessing client challenges, identifying solutions, and improving processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous client-facing experience, particularly in a SaaS or technology environment, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
