Factory Locion: Poland, ME
Compension: $42.89/hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly re paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Day Shift 6:00 AM - 6:00 pm A-shift or C-shift
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities:
Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to: Air compressors, Boilers, HVAC, Wer Processing, Waste Wer Trement, Building maintenance, and Production support
Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance and testing on equipment Perform maintenance tasks to include – repairing and improving, from minor rebuilds to major overhauls on all equipment.
Participe in preventive maintenance program to help reduce costs of operions through PM optimizion.
Dismantles, cleans, repairs and tests electrical, and mechanical components to determine component-level failure
Support equipment installions, retrofits, and upgrades to include vendors and contractors
Communice, coach and train employees to continuously improve team’s ability to respond to equipment failures and loss of production.
Maintains preventive maintenance logs and accure records of all testing and repairs
Recommends equipment to be included in preventive maintenance programs.
Perform Preventive Maintenance task to identify all potential mechanical and electrical issues with equipment throughout the plant.
Troubleshoot/ investige and repair all mechanical, electrical, pneumic, and utility systems including chillers, air compressors etc. Elimines problems from recurring utilizing the Breakdown Analysis process
Communices directly with equipment suppliers, contractors and vendors as necessary
Qualificions:
Candides must complete the Mechanical Aptitude Test before being considered
Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience with HVAC is preferred
Prior experience with high and low pressure compressors, cooling towers, chillers, wer trement, boilers is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumics), electrical systems, hydraulics and wer processing is preferred
Knowledge of PM programs and SAP system preferred
Successfully demonstres strong mechanical abilities
Strong communicion and interpersonal skills for interaction with all employees.
Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors
Must be able to work and accomplish projects with little to zero supervision with good time management.
Communice effectively with various support groups, supervisors, vendors, and team members
Maintain a high level of professional and organizional ethics and image with all plant and outside personnel
Able to read, interpret and analyze computer genered reports
Perform all tasks with extreme accuracy
Must be able to do physical inspections, (i.e. climbing, reaching, extending)
Must be proficient with mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identificion
Proficient computer navigion skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applicions
Available for call-ins or to cover all shifts to support production teams as required
Works together with Safety department to achieve a zero injury workplace
Must display a positive mental titude and be open to a fast paced ever changing work environment
Candides must possess strong English language skills to effectively communice with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaboring with team members.
