Salmon Falls Country Club is a premier golf facility in Hollis, Maine, committed to providing exceptional course conditions and a first-class experience for our members and guests. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Seasonal Night Waterer to join our golf course maintenance team.
Position Summary
The Seasonal Night Waterer is responsible for maintaining healthy turf conditions by irrigating greens, tees, fairways, and other designated areas during overnight hours. This position requires continuous monitoring of course conditions and the regular relocation of sprinkler heads throughout the shift to ensure proper water coverage and turf health. The Night Waterer works independently and plays a critical role in maintaining championship-quality playing conditions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Rotate and relocate sprinkler heads throughout the night according to the assigned watering plan.
Monitor sprinkler coverage and adjust placement to ensure uniform irrigation.
Hand-water greens, tees, and other priority areas as needed.
Inspect turf conditions and identify dry spots, stressed areas, or irrigation deficiencies.
Monitor irrigation system performance and report leaks, broken heads, or other maintenance issues.
Walk the golf course throughout the shift to verify proper water application.
Follow all safety procedures while working independently during overnight hours.
Maintain records of watering activities when requested.
Assist with other golf course maintenance duties as assigned.
