We offer part-time hours with no night shifts or weekends, a tight-knit passionate team, state-of-the-art technology and the kind of patient relationships that reminded you why you got into healthcare in the first place. Patients love us and our Board Certified Primary Care Physician who created Black Dog Medical to serve the community.
Our patients are adults only, and no procedures or phlebotomy or immunizations are given at office.

You will enjoy a beautiful, rural workplace where we provide old-fashioned, personalized care. Black Dog Medical is a membership-based medical practice that also accepts insurance. (Our name comes from the fact that we are as dedicated to patients as our favorite dogs are to us.)
Location: Our cozy office is in Lamoine, Maine 10 minutes from Ellsworth and 30 minutes to Bar Harbor.

You are a computer whiz and love technology and learning—we use modern, HIPAA-compliant EMR and other online tools. We always welcome process and service improvements.
Excellent written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.

HOURS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This Downeast CMA job is a per diem, part-time employee, 2-3 days a week. Hours to be given a week in advance of the schedule when possible.
Up to $26 per hour (potentially more, depending on experience and career goals).
Some benefits available however the job does not include any medical / healthcare benefits.
