Job description:
We are building our weekend turnover team to support luxury vacation rental operations in Wells, Ogunquit, and York. During peak season, Saturdays are mandatory. Other shifts may also be available based on scheduling needs. This position plays a key role in preparing homes between guest stays and maintaining consistent presentation standards.
Job Responsibilities
Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, including dusting surfaces, sanitize high-touched areas, vacuum carpets, and sweeping/mopping floors
Complete turnover cleanings efficiently while following property-specific checklists and cleaning standards
Make beds, change linens, launder towels/sheets, remove trash, and restock basic supplies in accordance with company standards and guidelines
Report and properly document any lost and found items, securing guest belongings and following company procedures
Conduct final property checks upon completion following company checklists, including ensuring heat/AC are set to required temperatures, lights are turned off, and all windows and doors are closed and locked
Report any damages, maintenance issues, safety concerns, or irregularities promptly
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently or in teams and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary
