RESTORATION TECHNICIAN – MITIGATION & RECONSTRUCTION
$25+/HR TO START • FULL-TIME • YEAR-ROUND WORK
Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Portland is hiring!
We're looking for hardworking, reliable technicians to join our growing restoration team. If you're experienced in construction, demolition, drywall, painting, mitigation, or general remodeling, we want to hear from you.
This is not a seasonal position. We offer steady work year-round with opportunities to grow into leadership positions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Water, fire, and mold damage mitigation
Demolition of damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and trim
Setting drying equipment and containment barriers
Drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and sanding
Interior painting and finishing work
Baseboard, casing, and trim installation
Flooring installation and repairs
General carpentry and reconstruction work
Job site cleanup and debris removal
Working directly with homeowners and project managers
Requirements:
✔ Valid driver's license
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs
✔ Comfortable using power tools
✔ Able to work independently and with a team
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience:
Restoration industry experience
Construction or remodeling experience
Drywall hanging, taping, and mudding
Painting and finish carpentry
Water mitigation equipment experience
IICRC certifications (not required)
