East Coast Communications is a trusted leader in the telecommunications industry, working with clients like Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular across New England and the East Coast. We’re looking for entry-level Tower Climbers (TTT-1) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
• Travel (Approx. 60% of the time) out of town (M–F), with per diem provided
• Climb towers up to 300 feet (safely!)
• Install, repair, upgrade and maintain wireless equipment
• Use hand tools, rigging, and mechanical gear
• Follow all safety procedures – no shortcuts
What You’ll Need:
• Willingness to work at heights, outdoors in all different weather
• Basic hand tool and mechanical skills
• Valid driver’s license; clean record
• Must pass drug test, physical, and background check
• Experience working at heights (construction, military, etc.) is a plus
Physical Demands:
• Must lift up to 70+ lbs & climb tall structures
• Work in all types of weather
• Stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods
