Job Description:
This Maintenance Technician role is part of a specialized team of facilities management experts responsible for the care of over one hundred healthcare facilities in Southern Maine along with several other specialized facilities including governmental and technical industrial.
Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will aid in your completing work orders assigned to you which will vary in complexity, duration and type. The typical day includes a field service team meeting followed by travel to local facilities to perform diagnostics and/or repair to any number of building elements and utility systems. Patching and painting walls and ceilings, installation of wall-mounted items, replacement of ceiling tiles and light bulbs are just a few of the typical tasks our maintenance technicians will be tasked with each day.
The work is often fast-paced, varied and challenging. Our technicians enjoy the constant change to environment and type of task. Our maintenance work allows the healthcare professionals we service to do the amazing work that they do in an environment that is safe and comfortable.

Most work is located within 15 miles of Portland and performed in a healthcare setting.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 7:30 - 4:00PM
Because we are a 24/7 on-call business, all technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure we can serve our clients at all times.
Work is varied, including—but not limited to—: Painting, minor drywall install & repair, professional/terminal cleaning, general troubleshooting and maintenance.
Company vehicles are supplied for work, so a personal vehicle is not needed for this job.
