Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales activity goals by proactively seeking new business opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate waste management services and solutions.
- Track and manage sales activities and prospects using company-provided databases.
- Ensure all proposed solutions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating directly with customers and industry partners.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
