Responsibilities Include
- Supervising and interacting with Pre-K to Fourth Grade students (Lower School) or Fifth through Eighth Grade students (Middle School) during after-school hours (3:00 PM - 5:15 PM). NOTE: This role also includes a 2:30 start time to allow for planning and prep.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities like arts and crafts, outdoor play, and themed projects that explore seasons, cultures, and more.
- Providing homework help and assisting students as they transition to activities such as music lessons, tutoring, or dance classes.
- Partnering with families by maintaining approachable and supportive communication.
- Overseeing and mentoring Upper School student assistants, fostering their leadership skills.
