Aster & Rose, in Lincolnville, is looking for a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook. Our restaurant is open Tuesday - Saturday during the high season, and Wednesday - Saturday in the low season. We offer upscale, scratch made cuisine, featuring Maine farms and producers.
The Sous Chef will work closely with Chef to develop new dishes, execute prep, and cook during service.
We are looking for a passionate individual, that loves working with food, and has previous experience in scratch kitchens.
