Employees choice if they would like to be full time(W-Sat 2:00-11:00pm) or part time (Friday and Saturday only, 2:00-11:00), now through September. We are in our 16th season and create nightly 5 course tasting menus for 50-60 guests, based on ingredients selected from the 120 acre farm where we reside. Wood fire cooking experience a +.
