Job Responsibilities
- Design creative marketing materials in the Microsoft and Adobe creative suites. Specifically experience with PowerPoint and Photoshop.
- Manage portfolio creative assets (brand packages) and consistency through marketing materials.
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing creative deliverables, strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
- Support PR, communications and social work for portfolio announcements.
- On-site event and/or leasing meeting support, as needed.
- Prepares leasing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing leasing data.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock and placing orders.
MARKETING COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Creative design skills in the Microsoft and Adobe suites.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions during event days.
- Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within commercial real estate.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
