We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and resourceful person to join our team. This position provides professional level human resources services for State agencies served by the Security and Employment Service Center.
The focus of this position is to manage all position actions and work with agencies in advising and processing of job classification actions. The position will also participate in recruitment efforts for our agencies. Knowledge of basic payroll functions as well as an understanding of FMLA and Workers Compensation is needed. Other assignments include querying and maintaining reports such as vacancies, positions reports, and seniority lists. The ability to run complex data analytics reports is important. Coordination of assignments working with agencies, the Bureau of Human Resources, the Office of the State Controller, and the Bureau of Budget are key.

To qualify, you must have experience in mid-level human resources.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with position management, FJAs, PRISM payroll, and PRISM recruiting.
