We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part Time Janitorial Technician to service an office building in Falmouth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently.
Schedule:
- 14 hours per week
- 4 evenings per week - Monday-Thursday start after 6.00PM
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming & dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties
- Reliable transportation
