The property manager for renting and collecting and resident relations of the property. This role ensures the community is clean, safe and quiet.
Duties include: Advertising and filling vacancies, property viewings, encouraging referrals, rent collection and resolving resident complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Computer literacy for property management software and a willingness to learn. Currently this is a part-time position but could become full-time with the right person.
