PASTRY POSITION - seeking a motivated individual interested in pastry production. Pastry experience is a plus but we will consider those with a year or more of other professional cooking experience.
This is a great opportunity to become involved with our chocolatiering program, extensive preserving of fruits in season, ice creams, breads and pastry, all crafted in house using the best ingredients that Maine has to offer, sourcing from a multitude of local farms.
This is a morning to early afternoon position. It does require weekends.
