Average Commission Per Sale: $450
Average Agent Enrollments Per Day: 2

As a sales agent, manager, or team leader, the core responsibility is to create the best possible customer experience while meeting production goals. Candidates must be upbeat, positive, professional, fun, and enthusiastic.

*MANDATORY Requirements*

*** Must attend mandatory meetings, training, and conference calls
*** Must be willing to work in the field
*** Prior sales experience preferred
*** Door to door, direct sales, telecom, cable, internet, wireless, solar, alarm, energy, or home service sales experience is a major plus

Managers and Teams:

Managers should be capable of leading from the front, training in the field, and helping agents succeed. Existing teams and marketing firms with 4+ agents will receive top priority for leadership and National Sales Partner discussions.
