What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify visitor information, issue access credentials as directed, and document arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity in accordance with site policies.Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel when needed.Support access control and other security-related operations by helping to deter unauthorized entry, observing camera and alarm activity when assigned, and reporting concerns or policy violations promptly.Maintain a professional front desk presence by answering questions, providing directions, handling routine administrative logs, and following confidentiality expectations common to a financial services environment. Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
